Gaylord Palms Resort Fee: The daily resort fee, $45.00 plus applicable tax, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities, which will include:

Please directly call Marriott Reservations at (407) 586-0000, or book online via https://book.passkey.com/go/CannellPorwollWedding on or before the Cutoff Date of Friday, March 26th, 2027 to make your room reservations. Please identify yourselves as part of the Cannell Porwoll Wedding group staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, located at 6000 West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34746-4414.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless they are secured with a credit card.

Reservations for all guests must be received on or before the Cutoff Date, Friday, March 26th, 2027. After the Cutoff Date, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in their discretion, will accept reservations at Cannell Porwoll Wedding’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.

Individuals will be required to place a deposit equal to 1 night's room and tax at the time of reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days before arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

There is a mandatory $45.00 daily resort fee; it includes daily shuttle service to Disney Springs & Walt Disney World Theme Parks and admission to the water park.
